For my sanity to return, my boy to bring me a frog from the yard, a new little to join our family and what the Army holds for my Soldier as we get closer to retirement.
I have no idea who you are, but found you from a link on a friend's- friend's blog...and have been hoping for you for a while! Congratulations! I'll take some of that mojo too if you can spare it.
First of all, congratulations! You and hubby are in for the ride of your lives...and someday, you will get enough sleep again...just not anytime soon after the baby is born.;) Anti-morning sickness...protein. I've had 5 kiddos and the crackers/toast thing did NOT work for me. I had the world's best ob/gyn for my 2/3rd pregnancies and the second best for my 4th...protein. Cheese sticks, PB, hard boiled eggs...if you need to, keep a little cooler by the bed so you can just roll over in the AM and grab a cheese stick. Since they tend to be pricey...we'd buy a block of cheese and slice it into sticks for me to nibble on. Keep something on your tummy at all times. do NOT take prenatal vitamins on an empty stomach (PLEASE learn from my mistake)I ate TONS of yogurt first two pregnancies and can finally eat it again ;)... Congratulations again. Susan

Although I've heard it doesn't work for some people - I still heartily rec'd BComplex to help with the pukies.
