For my sanity to return, my boy to bring me a frog from the yard, a new little to join our family and what the Army holds for my Soldier as we get closer to retirement.

Welcome home Strykers!
Go look at some awesome photos of the welecome home of the 172nd Stryker BCT of Fort Wainwright AK. They spent 16 months (after being extended) in Iraq.
I LOVE homecoming photos! Thanks so much for posting these. I had tears running down my face by the last photo.
Those photos of the Dad's meeting their babies for the first time~~whooo right in the heart. The joy on their faces. Esp. photo #29. I just couldn't look away from that soldier's face. His smile.
I'm late to this post, but oh, how I love seeing those photos!!!! There is nothing like a reunion after a deployment. It was like my wedding day, but better!

That picture of the soldier looking at his 11 month old son is gut-wrenching. For him to just now be seeing him...(sigh)...welcome home, indeed.
